Ocean's Thirteen

yesterday i watched Ocean's 13 with my boo n his friends.. note that this is my 1st time talking bout my boo in my blog *lovey dovey*

sadly i missed the 1st part of the movie because my boo misunderstood bout the cinema we were suppose to be in.. we were in Mid Valley n his friends were in Times Square *hit wall* so by the time we reached there, the movie had already started *weep*

so back to the movie.. Ocean's 13 is the new sequel to Ocean's Eleven(2001) and Ocean's Twelve(2004), i actually watched only the 1st one, Ocean's 11..

here is the plot..

When Reuben Tishkoff makes the mistake of building a hotel with one of Las Vegas’ most hated businessmen, Willy Banks, he gets cut out of the deal and ends up in the hospital after a heart attack. "He made the right choice," Willy says, "Roll over and die."

Danny Ocean tries to help his old friend out by giving Banks a chance to restore Reuben’s share of the hotel, but Banks dismisses him without any regard.

Six months later, with Banks’ investment thriving as the richest hotel in the city and the ultimate spot for high rollers, Ocean and his crew decide to bring him down. With the help of their former nemesis, casino owner Terry Benedict, who is also out to settle the score against Banks, his fierce rival, they scheme to find a way to bankrupt Banks on his casino’s opening night. This time, they are not in it for the money, but rather for revenge.

my verdict is.. the plot for Ocean's 13 is much more simple compared to the previous sequel, Ocean's 12.. worth to watch if you love the director, Stephen Soderbergh's sophisticated humour.. i enjoyed it though!

Brad Pitt made so lil appearance in this movie, i guess he were too busy babysitting the Jolie-Pitt kids..
