CNY = love + hate

gosh, CNY is approaching! n ironically, i just don't wish it to come so fast..

why do i dislike CNY?

1. as a matter of fact, i'm a final year student struggling with my unfinished-n-never-ending final year project..!! hence, this year i might be celebrating my CNY with my personal computer n piles of codings.. the deadline is sooooo tight, everything must be done before the CNY ends *wiping tears*

2. i can't get those CNY songs.. too much or 'bing bing bang bang' sounds in it.. i'm not saying those old school kinda CNY songs that we sang during the days we were wrapped in diapers.. wat i meant is, CNY songs has already evolved into remix + rap + irritating musics.. i got a major headache everytime i strolled along the shopping malls

3. CNY has too much pantang to follow.. no sweeping floors, no clipping nails n the most crucial one - no black or dark color attires.. i heart dressing in black for as long as i can remember.. for the sake of my parents, i will just stock up some on non-black materials.. somehow, i cannot stand the color pink n red in my wardrobe, needless to say on my body.. eeeeewww

4. i hate spring cleaning! mama will forces me to wash curtains, wash fans, wash this wash that n wipe this wipe that.. gggrrrrrr
   

5. entertaining those unknown relatives that you hardly seen ( or never seen before in your whole damn life ).. nuff said!

why i still love CNY?

1. CNY food..! i've finished eating half of those CNY tidbits, from pineapple tarts to egg rolls.. cracking too much brain for FYP will eventually makes my stomach growls

2. gamble like nobody's business.. it's LEGAL to gamble during CNY

3. no traffic jam around the town

4. CNY deco.. at least for camwhore usage



5. angpau.. at least i'm still eligible though a lil old

nevertheless, this CNY i will show much more appreciation to my papa mama.. buyin them new clothes or practically handing them cash?! *think hard*
